    Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm/ CT. 


    We are closed on Sundays and out of office. Any messages or  inquiries will be reviewed and responded to by Monday.

    We are located in Chicago and happily serving many surrounding areas. Reach out to us by email or from our website to find out if we serve in your area.

Payment / Scheduling

  • Can I reschedule my cleaning?

    If you need to reschedule your cleaning, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. 

  • Can I cancel my cleaning?

    We understand things happen. In any case that you would like to cancel your cleaning, we just ask that you let us know up to 48 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be charged 100% of the security deposit paid before cleaning.
