  • (1) If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a service(s) from Happy Lemon Cleaning, we offer a 24-hour warranty that allows you to request a revisit from a team member within 24-hours after service to come back and correct any dissatisfaction until you are completely satisfied.

  • (2) We do not offer 100% refunds to  customers after a team member has already visited and service(s) have been complete. Please refer to note (1).

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

  • If, for any reason, you need to cancel your cleaning, you are able to do so within at least 48-hours in advance for a 100% refund back to your original payment on file. Notice maybe given by email or through our live chat box on our website.


  • If you fail to cancel after 48-hours before your cleaning and would still like to cancel, there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged to your card. The 50% is a percentage of the original service charge.
  • If, for any reason, there is an emergency cancellation on the day of your service, please contact us directly so we are able to handle this event accordingly.
  • In the event that Happy Lemon Cleaning needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, a 24 hour notice will be given to the client. Happy Lemon Cleaning will refund client 100% refund of service charge back to original payment.

    If Happy Lemon Cleaning fail to notify client of cancellation, client will be given 1 free Light Cleaning on another future date.
  • If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your service day, please do so at least 48 hours before the original service date.


  • If you fail to reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour period, you will be prohibited from making any adjustments to your appointment from our website. Please contact us immediately. Your booking will be considered a cancellation which may result in a 50% cancellation fee
